No experience necessary! We will give you a few tips and tricks and explain any special parameters that our healthcare partners require, but other than that, you are free to have fun and be creative!

We will provide shears, scissors, vases, an apron to protect your clothes, and the flowers of course! If you prefer to bring your own arranging supplies, you are welcome to do so. (We do not use floral tape or floral foam in our arrangements.)

Each shift is an hour and a half. We will do a quick intro to the organization, give you some easy tips and tricks about creating your arrangements, and let you do your thing! You should plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled shift.

While all arrangers are committing to a $500 donation per shift, you can come up with that money however you’d like! You will get a fundraising page that you can personalize and share with your friends and family, coworkers, and social networks to help you raise the funds. In addition to online donations, you can collect donations the old-fashioned way by collecting cash or checks or having those donations mailed to RAF Indy. (Remind donors to include your name so that we can apply their donation to your pledge) Some participants were able to have their employers cover part of their donation. All donations will be collected by Wednesday, June 25th following the event. Of course, you can raise more than $500 if you’d like!

There is a section on the arranger registration where you can indicate your preferred days/times and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you have a person you would like to arrange with, please indicate that on the registration form or contact us directly. info@rafindianapolis.org

All of the arrangements created will be delivered to patients in local healthcare facilities and hospitals in the afternoon on each event day. Event Sponsors at the $5,000+ level can choose a healthcare center where arrangements will be delivered.
